Our HR team are recruiting! Do you think you could be our new HR Advisor (14-month FTC)?
You will understand the business strategy; and the trajectory of the organisation and use this understanding to help shape positive change that contributes to achieving business success, whilst maintaining a perspective on overall organisational health, people and performance in the long-term.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the HR Team to launch new HR Systems, involving the set-up transition, training, and communication of these platforms to stakeholders.
- Ensure all official changes released through the business are managed and implemented promptly and concisely. Ensure others are informed and trained where appropriate, and records are updated, and any changes to documents are controlled via the appropriate teams to the latest issues.
- Responsible for employee relation case management (except any formal processes for director level).
- To advocate for Continuous Improvement, actively participating in team or business improvement. Support team-oriented activities and demonstrate collaborative team interaction.
- Support talent acquisition, ensuring leaders are coached and trained in our processes.
What you will need to succeed:
- CIPD accredited / HR Level 5 Qualification preferable
- Experience operating in a manufacturing environment is preferable
- Experienced in creating and delivering training
- Experience in employee relation casework
- Knowledge and application of HR processes and employment legislation
