The HR Advisor will lead on all HR activities, guiding line managers on the delivery of HR policies, procedures, and processes, to support overall business goals and objectives.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance on a range of HR issues
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the business and partner with managers
- Advise and assist with staff performance management matters
- Assist business managers with employee training and development programmes
- Manage recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising, and arranging interviews
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Advise on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, sickness, absence and grievance matters
- Assist with learning and development activities
- Contribute to HR projects as required
- Ensure compliance with HR legislation and best practice
- Create and manage HR information and documentation
Profile
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
- CIPD qualified
- Experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the industrial/ manufacturing sector
- Hands-on experience of HR process and policies
- Excellent knowledge of employee relations
- Excellent working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Job Offer
- Salary up to £40,000 per annum
- 15-month fixed-term position
