HR Advisor (29-30K) (Enniskillen/ Hybrid)
Location: Enniskillen, Northern Ireland
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 per annum
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hybrid Working: 2 days in office, 3 days from home

Role Overview:
As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function, ensuring the effective delivery of human resources services and initiatives. You will work closely with employees and managers, providing expert advice on various HR matters, contributing to the development of HR policies, and maintaining a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional HR advice and guidance to employees and managers.
- Assist in the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Support recruitment activities, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience of using a Human Resources Management System to analyse data and produce relevant accurate reports within tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
