HR Assistant
Formed in 1987, my client are a major Electronics Manufacturing Service company located in Andover.
As a HR Assistant, your main area of responsibility will be supporting the HR Manager in the day to day running of the HR department, mainly focusing on recruitment and on-boarding.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting line managers through the recruitment process from writing job descriptions and through to interviewing and on-boarding
- Devising and implementing strategies to meet business recruitment needs within the Andover area
- Creating job offers, contracts and ensuring all information is kept up to date
- Reviewing CV submissions, interviewing and offer negotiations
- Monitor contractual changes such as probation's and promotions as required
- Administration such as payroll, handbook updates, database updates and other day to day HR queries
- Ensuring policies are kept up to date and applied consistently across the organisation
Key Skills:
- You will require a CIPD Level 5 Diploma
- The ideal applicant with have at least 4 years within in a Human Resources position with some previous experience of recruitment activities
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation
- Great administration skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
