Duties will include:
- Provide HR guidance, support and coaching to managers covering all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Supporting with employee relations, employee engagement and managing performance
- Reporting HR KPIs, identifying trends and proactively influencing these to improve upon targets
- Drive and be part of people initiatives to improve upon employee engagement and communication
- Previous generalist HR experience, ideally knowledge of business partnering
- To be CIPD level 5 qualified (or working towards)
- To be confident in your decision making and have strong interpersonal and influencing skill
