We are looking for an experienced HR professional that enjoys working within a generalist role, to join a reputable and global organisation based in Hereford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR, working closely with the HR Manager you will be supporting with employee relations, recruitment, working on different projects and employee life-cycle. The role involves maintaining relationships and providing excellent HR support to all internal stakeholders.

Daily Responsibilities
As an HR advisor you will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the HR department, this is a generalist role, taking an advisory role on best practices for recruitment and retention of staff as well as general HR services, Employee Relations and project work for 140 employees across two sites.
- Responsible with end to end recruitment and selection and providing supporting to all managers
- Learning and Development;Training gap analysis in discussion with line managers
- Employee Relations: Reviewing sickness and attendance data, Dealing with clock in /clock out anomalies for white collar workers.
- Monitoring key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
- Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with staff
- Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
- Researching and recommending performance evaluation methods (e.g. employee appraisal systems)
- Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation
About you?
- Experience in a HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Experience with Employee Relations and dealing with complex issues
- Agile in your approach
- Up to date with ACAS Legislation and Employment Law
- Ability to act a the HR point of contact for all employees
- Project work
- Valid UK driving licence
