We are currently working with a Public Sector Organisation in Herefordshire who are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.
The role is 37 hours full time, offers a competitive salary and hybrid working.
Our client is looking for candidates with strong employee relations case management and trade union experience is desirable, as well as access to their own vehicle with a full UK Driving Licence as there will be travel to various sites across the Hereford area required.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a caseload of complex employee relations cases, including safeguarding issues, disciplinaries, performance, redundancy, grievances and absenceAdvising stakeholders on HR queries, including policies, processes, terms and conditionsBuilding relationships with stakeholders to coach and guide them on all HR servicesContinuously developing HR policies, ensuring they are fit for purpose and are in line with legislative changes, and HR best practiceLiaising with trade union representatives Supporting with change management programmes, including TUPE, restructures and redundanciesExperience required:
UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicleStrong employee relations case managementPrevious experience working in schools (desirable)Rewards and Benefits:
