Are you an experienced HR Advisor with a background in Professional Services?
Here at Liberty Recruitment Group we are delighted to be working exclusively with one of our favourite clients in their search for an HR Advisor to join their small – but perfectly formed – HR team based in Hampshire.
The role will be based in our client’s Southampton Office and travel to other offices will be required. You will also be able to work from home 1 day a week. This role will support the Head of People & Culture and work closely alongside the wider HR Team.
This role is a real generalist HR opportunity, that covers the full employee lifecycle.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks from responding to general HR queries, flexible working requests, ER matters, performance reviews, reviewing processes, policy reviews, and generating reports to statistical analysis.
As a person, you will have excellent organisational and IT skills, be a team-player, be proactive, confident, and logical in approach, and have the ability to build great stakeholder relationships as you really will be an ambassador of HR.
A CIPD Level 5 qualification is necessary as a minimum and a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
This is a permanent role (35 hrs per week) and our client is offering a salary of up to £40k per annum (depending on experience) plus some great benefits, including;
