We are recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to deliver and develop a full spectrum of HR services which drives business performance and contributes to the goals and the core values of the organisation.
A leading charity aimed at providing support within the social care industry.
What are the day-to-day duties of the Project Officer role?
• Work in partnership with the Senior HR Business Partner, Director of People & Recruitment and Executive Management team• Provide professional, effective and customer focused HR expertise to the organisation in accordance with the organisations Policies and Procedures.• To develop, implement and maintain efficient HR processes, policies and procedures.• To provide HR support to managers and to liaise with staff and engage with people we support, sometimes attending services if required.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in a HR team at Advisor or Business Partner level• Sound knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment and on boarding, and of good practice.• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and ability to use HR systems/databases to input and extract data. A positive attitude to change and demonstrable ability to problem solve in a creative and positive way.• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
