Elevation Recruitment HR are excited to be working on a fantastic role for a Leeds-based Charity as they search for a HR Advisor to join their HR Team on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting into the HR Manager, this role plays a crucial part in supporting the HR function and will act as the first line of enquiry for all employee relations issues and the employee lifecycle including:
- Advising and coaching managers on employment law for all ER cases
- Drafting policies and procedures adhering to legislation
- Managing a varied employee relations caseload circa 10 cases
- Leading on recruitment and selection for the organisation
- Develop and deliver relevant training
- Supporting HR projects if required
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to build effective relationships
