I'm recruiting for an experienced and professional individual to work with our construction based client as their HR Advisor. The role is based in their office in Bury St Edmunds and working within a busy team to assist in a range of HR roles.
Job Description:
- As the HR Advisor you will offer support to HR managers and team
- As the HR Advisor you will produce reports for the HR team and support projects and events
- As the HR Advisor you will be required to assist with onboarding processes
- As the HR advisor you will be looking at HR and Attendance/Absence systems
- As the HR Advisor you will be required to help with HR telephone and email queries
Required Experience & Qualification for the role of HR Advisor:
- Experience with dealing with disciplinaries & grievances
- Must have experience working in a HR role
- Experience with IT, microsoft software
- Must have a professional attitude and ability to prioritise
- Strong organisation skills and good attention to detail
