I am delighted to partner with a London based Investment Firm who are looking for a passionate HR Advisor to join their growing HR team.
The ideal candidate would be a talented HR Advisor with previous Investment Management experience looking to join an exceptional team.
In return you will receive a salary up to £50,000 this is initially a 12-month FTC but with a view to going permanent. You will be required to attend the office 4 days per week.
Responsibilities of HR Advisor
* You will be the go-to person for all employee relations matters, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
* Collaborate across the business to develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations
* Work closely with managers to support performance improvement plans and employee development, ensuring alignment with company objectives
* Lead on initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention
* Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns and provide guidance on conflict resolution, maintaining fairness and objectivity
* Develop and deliver training programmes for managers and employees on various HR topics, including diversity, equity, and inclusion
* On-boarding and off boarding
* Assisting with Payroll and benefits queries and input
* Assisting with mobility relocations and visa requests
Skills & Experience of HR Advisor
* Previous experience within a HR Advisory position
* Previous experience within Financial Services sector with a strong focus on employee relations
* Knowledge of UK Laws & Regulations
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
