CMA HR Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading public sector organisation in the Petersfield area looking to hire an experienced HR Advisor on a 6 month maternity cover contract. This role will require you to provide professional business-focussed HR advice to managers and employees to support the delivery of the vision, values and objectives.
What will the HR Advisor role involve?
• Implementing of HR tools that support performance management and talent development.
• Maintaining an effective and balanced working relationship with recognised union representatives.
• To implement HR Policies, procedures and practices which reflect on the workplace.
• Active management of employee self service culture to resolve low level risk employee relations activities.
• Provide practical and timely risk-based resolutions to medium - high risk employee relations matters.
Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:
• Candidate should be CIPD Level 5 or similar experience.
• Extensive knowledge of employment law and direct experience of application in cases.
• Experience of designing and delivering learning and development materials in HR topics.
• Minimum of 2 years in generalist or employee relations focused HR advisory role.
