You will be an integral part of the people advisory function, leading on a plethora of HR initiatives in which you can expect to utilise and develop your skills in all aspects of HR and talent management. You will assist in the management of the recruitment and induction process, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. Duties include;
- Producing business cases for EMEA hiring requests
- Probation reviews and escalations
- Policy related queries, ensuring advice is applied commercially and practically
- Collaborative support to the HR Managers across EMEA
- Evaluation queries and process training
- EMEA salary and bonus support
- Mobility and People data
