Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for a self-motivated and proactive HR Advisor to join a Schools Trust based in Birmingham City Centre, to provide high quality HR advisory and support services.
Job description:
- ER Case management- high case load for an organisation with around 1000 employees
- Manage the on-boarding and recruitment process
- Ensure that HR advice and guidance which reflects employment law
- Assist in carrying out employee risk assessments
- Support the HR Manager to lead employee wellbeing initiatives
Ideal Candidate will have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Significant ER Case Management experience (essential)
- Experience working as an HR Advisor
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in order to meet competing demands
- Strong numerical skills
- Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
