Hr Advisor

Your new company
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a manufacturing business based in Farnborough. You will work within the HR team providing advice and guidance following HR policies. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the Farnborough office, paying c£35,000 per year.
This role is a temporary role for c6 months that is looking to start ASAP!
Your new role

• You will provide HR/ER advice to employees and line managers
• Familiar with UK Employment Law with a good working knowledge of HR practices and procedures
• Supporting the HR administrators in maintaining employee life cycle records including contracts and letters for new and/or existing staff
• Building relationships with managers and unit teams
• Work well under pressure, and is comfortable in a very flexible, fast paced working environment.
• Support recruitment and L&D activities
• You will need previous HR experience to be considered for this role

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to have experience within a similar HR role. I am looking for a generalist who is available at short notice.
What you\'ll get in return
Generous holiday allowance with a good pension and flexible working hours outside the core hours (10-2).
This role pays between £21-£22 per hour (c£35,000) for an initial 6 months.
