- Provide advice on HR policies and practices
- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding activities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Assist in the development of training and development programs
- Contribute to the maintenance of HR records and reports

Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Proven experience in a similar HR role ideally within a standalone role
- Previous industrial/manufacturing/distribution experience
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Confidence in handling sensitive information with discretion
