Description

• Provide advice on HR policies and practices
• Manage recruitment processes and onboarding activities
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Assist in the development of training and development programs
• Contribute to the maintenance of HR records and reports
• Participate in performance management processes

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• CIPD Level 5 qualified
• Proven experience in a similar HR role ideally within a standalone role
• Previous industrial/manufacturing/distribution experience
• Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Confidence in handling sensitive information with discretion
