We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide essential support and advice on all HR related matters.

Description
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisements, interviews, and on-boarding.
- Oversee employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary's.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in delivering HR projects.
- Conduct exit interviews and identify trends to improve retention.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and keep up to date with changes in the sector.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in a similar HR role within the not for profit or education sector.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
