Description

• Providing advice and support on HR policies and procedures.
• Assisting with recruitment and selection processes.
• Conducting employee on-boarding and help plan training & development.
• Developing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals.
• Managing employee relations and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Coordinating performance management and appraisal systems.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
