Hr Advisor - Doncaster - 12 Month Contract

H9 Human Resources are currently looking for an experiencedHR Advisor to work with an amazing client based in Doncaster

This is an exciting role to work with a fast-growing organisation.

Some of the duties for this role are but not limited too:

• Providing expert advice on employee relations issues in line with Group policies and guidelines and employment law. Particularly sickness absence, discipline, grievance, capability/performance management.
• Assisting employees on general HR matters and providing advice and coaching to line managers as necessary. Following up with professional written communications. Escalating complex, risky or sensitive issues to HR leadership for support as necessary.
• Support HR Best Practice in line with business objective.
• Build excellent relationships and influence across all levels of seniority within the business.

Skills & Qualifications

• Spanish speaking or basic understanding
• Demonstratable experience gained at HR Advisor Level
• Have good working knowledge of Employee Relations
• Be confident and effective coach with a willingness to drive continuous improvements within the HR team.
• Committed to developing strong and effective working relationships.
• Proactive, self-starter and well-motivated.

This position is a 12-month contract with a high likelihood of becoming permanent, option to WFH 1 day a week

The rate is negotiable depending on experience.
