Up to 37.5 hours per week, c20% face to face

We’re keen to talk to experienced and ambitious Advisors who are ready to take on this role, grow with the business and build a team.

You’ll be a good match if you have:

-         a solid understanding of ER and employment basics (and a charming zero-tolerance approach to non-compliance!)

-         a digital first mindset, and the ability to harness and exploit technology to make life easier, and work more interesting and less mundane

-         the courage and confidence to challenge the status quo, with a proactive continuous improvement mindset

-         the skill and appetite to partner with, challenge and influence a senior management team

-         experience of line management, or the desire to start, and facilitate the learning and development of your team member

-         The ambition and drive to grow with the business

We have two locations; a warehouse and office in Reading adjacent to M4 J11, and an office in London close to Liverpool St station. Our way of working is very flexible, and in this role, we recognise that sometimes the best results will be achieved through immersion in the team, in the workplace, and sometimes getting the job done means time at home to concentrate, without distractions.
