PageGroup are supporting a highly successful and rapidly growing organisation providing HR Advisory services with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a large and busy team.

This role is a fully-home-based role - however you will need to attend 6-7 weeks training in Leicestershire.

Unfortunately, this role is not available as a second-job alongside other HR roles.

Description

HR Advisor - Home Working - Evening and Weekend Shifts:

Reporting to a HR Advisory Team Leader, the role of HR Advisor is a fast-paced, busy and varied role, allowing for exceptional exposure to a wide varied of employee relations matters.

You will be working with a wide variety of small to medium clients, providing HR Advice via telephone and email.

You will support with a wide variety of employee relations matters including absence, sickness, grievances, disciplinaries, redundancy and TUPE.

This role involves home/remote working and Evening and Weekend shift patterns.

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will be comfortable working autonomously from home in the Evening and Weekend.

You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build relationships over the phone and email quickly. You will also have the ability to identify new opportunities to provide further advisory services to these clients.

Essentially you will have a working knowledge of HR Advisory work, in particular dealing with a wide range of employee relations casework.
