What will you be doing?
• You will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries,
• Supporting the HR Manager and HR Director,
• Administering HR related documentation e.g., offer letters & contracts,
• Coordinating inductions for new starters,
• Carry out probationary reviews,
• Conducting exit interviews,
• Supporting the management with disciplinary and grievance issues.
Where will you be doing it?
• Our client specialises in fuel storage and distribution.
What you'll need:
• Your CIPD Level 5,
• At least one years' experience in a HR Advisor Generalist role,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• High level of IT literacy,
• Private sector experience would be desirable.
