HR Advisor duties will include:
- Offer high-quality advice, guidance, and support to managers within company regarding any employee/ people related issues.
- Supporting the managers in allowing them to develop their management capabilities by assisting them with various techniques including casework, recruitment & workforce planning.
- Providing support in matters relating to the health & wellbeing of employees.
- Responsible for managing absence and performance.
- Maintaining accurate and legally compliant records including file notes and records of casework
To be considered for this HR Advisor role, you must;
- Extensive experience within a fast-paced HR environment, reporting to HR Manager
- Holds a CIPD 3 level qualification ( Ideal)
- Ability to build effective working relationships.
- Sound knowledge of current HR practice, policies and procedures including relevant and up to date employment law

DURATION: Permanent
PAY: £DOE
HOURS: Monday to Friday
