Description
- Provide support and advice on HR matters
- Handle employee relations issues
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Participate in the planning and execution of HR projects
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee records and data
- Support learning and development initiatives
- Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture
Profile
The successful HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (or working towards)
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in using HR software
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
