Description
- A generalist HR Advisor role
- First point of contact for all HR related queries
- Employee Relations, performance management, absence management
- Review, implement and manage HR policies, processes and procedures
- Maintain and update HRIS, employee contracts
- Processing starters, leavers, payroll info
- Manage and promote company benefits
- Partner management team
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience as an HR Advisor or HR Officer
- People-oriented and results-driven mentality
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
