Hr Advisor - Temp

Our client is a great hospitality company, and they are looking for a dynamic, proactive and organised HR Advisor to support them on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships across the People Team and business
• Promote a fair, transparent, and inclusive environment
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of master data within the People System with integrity, owing auditing, governance, and metrics & dashboards
• Support in setting a professional foundation in processes - developing a proactive, agile, and service focused environment
• Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify systems and processes
• Support administration activities for all parts of the employee life cycle, internal communications, and engagement
• Responsible for the management on general 'People Team’ inboxes
• Be the first point of contact for employees giving basic procedural guidance on areas such as new starter information, People systems and absence processes (via email, People Inbox, & phone)
• Looking after L&D, ER, Recruitment and Benefits

The finer details are:

• Start date - ASAP
• Duration - 4-weeks (could temp-to-perm)
• Hours - 9am - 6pm
• Rate - Up to £18/hr
• Location - fully office based near Oxford Circus
