Job Description
- Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies.
- Handling employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Conducting regular HR audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assisting in recruitment, training and development initiatives.
- Participating in performance management processes.
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping of employee information.
- Providing support in health and safety matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:· 1-2 years' experience at HR Advisor level in a fast-paced environment
· Ideally experience in a CQC or Ofsted regulated environment, or an understanding of the requirements in respect of HR compliance and safeguarding
· Excellent people skills and the ability to develop professional working relationships with managers
· Up to date knowledge of employment law and good practice, preferably in a regulated sector
· Elevated levels of literacy, numeracy
· Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
· Ability to meet deadlines and 'juggle' a number of priorities at once
· Ability to resolve demanding situations
· Keen to develop and looking to improve systems, policies, and procedures
· Proactive and able to work on own initiative, seeking help and support when needed
· Strong IT and analytical skills
· Desire to impart knowledge and support others
