SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a growing business based in Birmingham City Centre. You will be responsible for providing HR advise and contributing to continuous improvement of people related practices. This role is sites based with occasional travel to sites across the Midlands
Salary: £30,151 - £34,723

Role
- Line management for HR Administrator
- Manage assessment days for candidates, onboarding and conducting interviews where necessary
- Updating job descriptions for all positions on an annual basis
- Managing recruitment campaigns
- Monitor probationary periods and ensure reviews are carried out
- Conducting and analysing exit interview information
- Manage Safeguarding
- Advise and support managers through informal and formal employee relation processes, including hearings
- Support SLT at all informal meetings in line with absence management policy (including return to work meetings and managing occupational health referrals)
- Advise, coach and train managers on HR matters including capability and disciplinaries
- Lead and carry out investigations
Required
- CIPD Level 5
- Significant generalist HR advisor experience
- Experience of working with trade unions.
- Ability to work under pressure
