We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable HR Advisor, to join our client's interesting brand. You will be a crucial member of the team and a key support in managing ER cases. The successful candidate will have a strong up-to-date knowledge of employment law and excellent communication skills to share this with others.

Responsibilities:
- Providing strong advisory services to multiple branches and teams
- A confident point of contact for employees and management to discuss HR matters surrounding employee relations and performance management
- Conducting investigations into ER cases and providing effective resolutions
- Managing TUPE, grievance, disciplinary, appraisal and recruitment processes
- Developing and implementing annual HR plan aligned with company objectives
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations; applying necessary changes and ensuring documents are updated
- Providing first-line advice for HR queries via telephone, email, and in person
- Payroll duties such as, checking calculations before submission and collating yearly payroll calendar
Skills and Requirements:
- CIPD qualified
- Strong ER knowledge and understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with employees and senior management
- Familiarity with the recruitment process and compliance checks
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP desirable)
