Hr Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to expand their experience in a highly commercial organisation based in Felixstowe.  Working in an established HR function you will work closely with the HR Manager and be involved with generalist HR duties, such as advising and managing ER issues; recruitment/onboarding; supporting managers with policies and procedures, and training & development.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous HR experience gained at Advisor or Officer level and be ready to take on a new challenge.  You will ideally hold an accredited CIPD qualification (Level 5 as a minimum) and proven HR advisory experience, including strengths in UK employment law.  You will have strong organisation skills and possess an excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
