About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Advisor to join our client within the education sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth employee relations and effective HR practices. As an HR Advisor, you will:
- Employee Relations: Handle and resolve ER caseloads efficiently, providing expert guidance and support to staff and management.
- Investigations: Assist in conducting thorough and impartial investigations.
- Performance Management: Support performance management processes, ensuring fair and consistent application across the workforce.
- Policies and Procedures: Keep abreast of the latest HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice.
- Guidance and Support: Offer day-to-day HR guidance and support to our dedicated workforce.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Analyse HR data and compile reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- HR Projects: Contribute to and lead HR-related projects that drive our clients mission forward.
- Training: Develop and deliver a variety of training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process to attract and onboard top talent.
- Adhoc Duties: Perform other HR duties as required.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Skills: Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Experience: Proven experience in handling employee relations caseloads.
