This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished HR Advisor to work in a fast paced, forward thinking HR team, where you make a difference to the people and the organisation every single day. You will be involved in some exciting HR projects as well as be responsible for any employee relations case work.
Main duties
• Support the HR Team to launch new HR Systems, involving the set-up transition, training, and communication of these platforms.
• Ensure all official changes released through the business are managed and implemented promptly and concisely. Ensure others are informed and trained where appropriate, and records are updated, and any changes to documents are controlled via the appropriate teams to the latest issues.
• Responsible for employee relation case management
• Support talent acquisition, ensuring leaders are coached and trained in our processes.
Skills and Knowledge
• CIPD accredited / HR Level 5 Qualification preferable
• Experience operating in a manufacturing environment is preferable
• Experienced in creating and delivering training
• Experience in employee relation casework
• Knowledge and application of HR processes and employment legislation
