MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation who are looking to recruiter an Interim HR Advisor, initially until the end of July 2024.
The organisation is going through a restructure and they are looking someone to join them to support them through this process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping with:
- Coordinating voluntary redundancy appeals
- Coordinating appeals against job matching
- Team diary management, Job Evaluation & Job Matching
- Support the HR Change Business Partner in ad hoc tasks
- Provided first line advice & support to managers, on employee relations, including sickness, unauthorised absence & performance management
- Assist managers & the HR Change Business Partner in preparing documents for formal meetings, group consultation meetings & one-to-one consultation meetings
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience of working as a HR Advisor, ideally within the NHS. Experience of working on restructures and redundancy programmes would be a distinct advantage.
This role will be predominantly remote and they are looking for someone to start within the next 1-2 weeks, so you must be available at short notice.
