The HR Advisor Role will involve:

• Supporting all recruitment activities and play a crucial role in helping to attract and onboard top talent whilst ensuring recruitment processes are professional, smooth, timely and cost-effective
• Providing general professional and commercial first line support, advice and guidance on the whole range of employment issues and employee relations
• Assisting with projects, payroll and/or benefit preparations as required
• Representing the HR Dept and business professionally and positively in all settings including email, calls, online and face to face (interviews, meetings and events)
• Any other tasks deemed necessary to support business needs / cover for sick or absent colleagues

The ideal HR Advisor will need to be/have:

• Prior experience of recruitment within a HR role/team (including liaising with agencies, using recruiting platforms and social networks) and good knowledge of hiring practices and stages
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving and office software skills (Sharepoint an advantage)
• Great attention to detail with ability to work well independently as well as in a team
• Flexible with excellent interpersonal, written and analytical skills
• Confident, creative, curious, friendly and approachable with a pro-active attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• CIPD qualified or relevant experience, with working knowledge of UK employment law
