Hr Analyst

Reed HR are working with a growing technology company who are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis to support on a transition period as they implement a new HR system. The HR Analyst will Support the delivery of the annual pay award - management of the process, data sets and driving deadlines. Management of our day-to-day analytics required around pay and benefits - set up and maintenance of our benchmarking data, car allocations and benefits. Building regular global and dashboards. Undertake trend analysis. Leading and supporting on HR projects with planning, testing and implementation. Lead on the development and implementation of processes. The successful HR Analyst will have Extensive analytic experience. Confident navigating HRIS. Advanced Excel skills. Background of working in a People function. Confident managing a range of stakeholders including senior managers and be able to demonstrate influencing and partnering skills. This role will require an immediate start.
