- Support the delivery of the annual pay award – management of the process, data sets and driving deadlines.
- Management of our day-to-day analytics required around pay and benefits – set up and maintenance of our benchmarking data, car allocations and benefits.
- Building regular global and dashboards.
- Undertake trend analysis.
- Leading and supporting on HR projects with planning, testing and implementation.
- Lead on the development and implementation of processes.
The successful HR Analyst will have...
- Extensive analytic experience.
- Confident navigating HRIS.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Background of working in a People function.
- Confident managing a range of stakeholders including senior managers and be able to demonstrate influencing and partnering skills.
