Hr Analyst - Workday - Entertainment

A global entertainment giant have a newly created role for a HR Analyst to join their team on a 6 month contract with the potential for 12 months. Supporting the HR team with a system implementation to Workday this role will be involved in migration, data cleansing and payroll analysis. Responsibilities include:

• Assist with data cleanings for Workday migration
• Data analysis for migration into Workday
• Updating organisational charts
• Assist with the annual salary review and bonus processes
• Support with monthly payroll tasks

The successful candidate:

• Experience of working in a fast paced HR Analyst role
• System migration/implementation experience
• Experience with workday would be highly advantageous but not essential
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables & v look ups
• Confident working to tight deadlines
