HR and Payroll Administrator

The HR and Payroll Administrator is a key member of the HR team supporting efficient and accurate processes and being the main point of contact both internally and externally for HR and Payroll related duties.
The HR and Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:
- Payroll
- Input all hours into the payroll spreadsheet
- Produce weekly timesheets and collate figures for monthly payroll templates to be processed
- Track working time and sickness
- Reconcile payslips against timesheets prior to giving final approval for payment
- Question anything outside of the normal range, working closely with colleagues to check and manage the data.
- HR administration
- Process new starters including right to work checks and new starter documents and co-ordinating probationary reviews
- Assist with onboarding
- Update site holiday tracker from approved holiday request forms
- Arrange investigation/disciplinary/grievance meetings when necessary and take accurate minutes
- Prepare all HR letters and documents
- Other office administrative tasks as needed for business operations
The ideal HR and Payroll Administrator will be:
- Level 3 CIPD qualified.
- Experienced in a similar fast-paced environment with payroll and HR administration
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to process large amounts of data and produce accurate reports
- Competent user of Excel, Sharepoint, Word, Emails and Teams.
- Strong organisational skills
- Understanding of information flows
- Conscientious - Reliable, honest and treats people with respect
- High level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with all HR and Payroll related matters
This role will suit an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator who has excellent attention to detail and will use reasoning and logic within their work to ensure it is accurate.
They are moving to Prologis Park (CV6) in Coventry later in 2024, so please consider this when applying
