We are looking to recruit an experienced HR and Payroll Advisor to cover maternity leave for 12 months.
Reporting to the Head of HR you will be involved in the transactional side of HR to deliver a first class service to over 750 employees. You will be part of a team responsible for the employee life cycle including recruitment, DBS checks, right to work checks, onboarding and transactional HR changes that take place. You will work with our outsourced payroll provider ensuring there is a seamless delivery of Payroll.
The role is based in Ellesmere Port, but working in a hybrid way, with a mixture of home and office working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Co-ordinate the administration of the HR function, ensuring all practices are in line with company policy and are delivered in a timely and organised manner.
- Collate and report Monthly data entry for payroll.
- Manage the HR central email account.
- Maintain the electronic personnel filing system.
- Remain professional and have 100% confidentiality across the business whilst adhering within Data protection boundaries.
- Responsible for the preparation and production of all HR related written communications and correspondence.
What do we require from you?
- You will need previous experience of HR and Payroll with a minimum of CIPD level 3 or above.
- You will need to be proactive with excellent people skills, a can-do attitude with enhanced excel skills
