Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Assistant based in Southwark. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
- Support the client in onboarding new starters and candidates, assisting with the induction process
- Assist with right to work checks, checking documentation, assisting with DBS/medical/visa process checks
- Handle any queries regarding end to end recruitment and HR via phone and email
- Assist with reporting, manage spreadsheets, work with HR officers and line managers to ensure a smooth transition from first point of contact to start
The candidate:
- Experience working a similar HR role, within onboarding or resourcing
- Experience with hiring practices
- Strong IT experience, specifically SAP, Talentlink and MS Office
Our client can offer hybrid working after an initial training period.
