Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: London / Hybrid working

Salary: Up to £40,000

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

• Work alongside the Chief HR Officer across generalist HR operations.
• Provide first hand support to Managers queries including policies and procedures.
• Assisting throughout the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Recruitment oversight including arranging interviews, managing candidates, liaison with recruitment and collating references.
• Administering company benefits.
• Maintaining the HR platform, HiBob.
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks and projects in line with HR objectives.

What is the company looking for?

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience within a corporate environment.
• Muck in attitude and an ability to act with little supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and an ability to act with discretion.
• Confident user of technology and systems including Microsoft and HRIS systems.
