Responsibilities:
📝 Assist with the recruitment process, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
📝 Coordinate and support new employee on-boarding, ensuring a smooth transition to the team.
📝 Maintain employee records, such as personal files, contracts, and HR database.
📝 Draught various letters, like investigation letters and disciplinary outcome letters.
📝 Provide administrative assistance in areas like performance management and disciplinary hearings.
📝 Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
📝 Assist in organising training sessions and meetings, taking minutes.
📝 Support HR and HSE projects and research as assigned.
📝 Stay updated on changes in employment and maintain a good understanding of HR best practises.

HR Manager and Directors
Qualifications:
🎓 CIPD Diploma Level 3 or 5
⚙️ Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is beneficial but not always required.
