SalaryPure are pleased to be working exclusive with a growing organisation. Due to growth they are looking for a HR Assistant on a part time basis. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to progress within the organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting recruitment by liaising with agencies and using independent platforms
- Booking meetings/appointments
- Manage onboarding inc drafting offer letters, contracts, right to work, collating documents and uploading to files
- Arranging accommodation/transport in relation to training days
- Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
- Assisting with payroll adhoc needs
- Full use of HR system - creating reports, maintaining employee records, policy management etc
- Taking adequate meeting notes for all HR meetings
- Oversee employee benefits and research current perks
- Liaise and provide information for monthly newsletter
- Prepare all paperwork for employee changes - leavers, promotions, changes to contract etc
- Manage the offboarding process
- Review and organise training for First Aiders, Mental Health First Aiders and Fire Marshals.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Hands on and able to adapt when needed
- Assisting with Values and Benefits packages
- Assist with HR audits and provide additional contact for general HR-related issues.
- Previous experience working in a HR environment
- Excellent MS Office
- Experience working with a HR system
- CIPD Level 3 qualified would be a bonus
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong IT skills-MS office
- Ability to take efficient notes through training or experience
- Excellent English and Maths GCSE's
- Approachable and well-mannered nature
- Must be able to drive due location
