A permanent opportunity as a HR Assistant working within a global, leading logistics real estate company!
HR ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the HR function
- Supporting all employee related administration tasks
- Inputting data and keeping the HR system up to date, ensuring accurate and reliable information is maintained.
- Supporting the recruitment life cycle from; screening and selection of candidates, advertising roles, drafting offer documents, onboarding, and the induction of new team members
- Assisting in HR Operations and Systems admin
- Assisting in organising staff events
- Co-ordinating and supporting on HR projects, arranging meetings, training, taking formal minutes of meetings.
- Co-ordinating meetings using Outlook and Teams
- Assisting in invoicing, PO’s and general HR admin
- Minimum 6 months of office administration experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Existing UK working rights for a minimum of 2 years.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Microsoft Office experience, specifically within Outlook and Teams
- An organised and pro-active attitude
- High attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
