A highly successful hospitality company based in Mayfair are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-end restaurant group, helping to oversee five unique restaurants and the head office function.
To be suitable for the role you will be CIPD Level 3+ qualified with demonstrable HR experience within a restaurant/restaurant group.
You will be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, able to advise on a range of HR queries and manage HR administrative processes.
This role would suit a versatile HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Advisor that is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hospitality environment. You will keep up to date with HR management and payroll systems leading on the processing of hourly and salaried payroll, and be involved with recruitment, maintenance of HR data and employee records.
The salary on offer is GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 per annum dependent on the level of experience.
