Dynamic west end Hedgefund is looking for a HR coordinator/analyst who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Reporting in to the HR Director this is envisaged to be a hands on and varied role.
The role will entail:
Working on HR systems and updating records.
Assisting with recruitment such as:
Interview scheduling
Maintenance of recruitment tracker
Setting vendor terms & conditions (with Legal)
HR Admin
Updating employee handbook updates
Organising Leadership team meeting agendas
Offsite agenda/materials
Being the first response for employee queries:
Responding to pension changes / queries
Responding to medical and life insurance changes /queries
Responding to queries relating to MAT/PAT pay, sick Pay, holiday pay queries
Performance management
Overall schedule and approach to performance management across the year
Maintaining system timeline
Reporting on employee/manager completion
Arranging briefing sessions
Scheduling mid-year and year-end reviews
Scheduling and preparing slides for calibration sessions
Scheduling and preparing for promotion panels
Suitable candidates should be grads with a minimum of one years experience within HR, we need exceptional communication and organisational skills.
