SalarySF are working with a fantastic business in Nuneaton who are on the look out for a HR Assistant to come and join thier team.
This role will be operating across 2 sites and will be reporting directly into the HR Manager, being able to shadow on low level and complex ER cases and gain a variety of exposure to the wider business.
This role will be ideal for someone who is looking to take that next step into a 360 HR position. You will be looking after all of the compliance and employee life cycle for the two sites as well as being able to support managers and get involved in ad-hoc project work and the ER cases along side the HR Manager.
We are looking for someone who has either completed their CIPD level 3 or someone who has strong administrative experience with some HR exposure, this role is a perfect next step for someone who is keen to continue or start out their career in HR. You will be a confident and outgoing individual who is able to work off their own initiative, someone who is comfortable working autonomously and is keen to progress eventually to advisory level with a role and will be able to demonstrate this in their work.
This role is full time in the office in Nuneaton with flexible start and finish times
Salary up to GBP25K with amazing progression opportunities and exposure
