HR Associate - Maternity Cover (12 Months)
Our client, a financial institution in London, are currently looking for an HR Associate to join their small team. You will have gained several years’ experience as an HR associate/HR admin and be well educated to a bachelor’s degree or work equivalent. You will also be fluent in French and have experience with working within the French laws/regulations.
Main duties will include:-
- Support of 3 locations, particularly the French branches
- Payroll support and administration
- Benefits & General HR Administration (maintain employee record).
- Update HR databases (E.g., New hires, and leavers) and prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Work with the Head of HR to prepare monthly/ quarterly reports and presentations for internal communications.
- Assist in other ad hoc HR projects or tasks as required.
- Follow up with employees to receive their forms following Mid-year and End of year reviews.
- Update Hub when policies and procedure have been updated.
- Work with Head of HR to process on boarding/off boarding
- Experience with HR software with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills
