We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join this growing business and lead their HR function.
You will lead and own the whole HR function and be responsible for:
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process including interviewing and onboarding.
- Handle all employee enquires and resolve conflicts.
- Responsible for performance management.
- Lead on all training and development.
- Process company benefits.
- Implementation of new company policy.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong HR systems experience.
- Benefits and payroll experience desirable.
- Strong ER knowledge.
- Policy implementation.
